Shipping and Delivery

In order to keep your cost down, we ship all domestic orders via USPS (US Postal  Service) using first class or Priority Mail so please be sure to provide your MAILING address.

Express Shipping is available upon request for in-stock merchandise. Additional shipping charges will apply.

 

International orders are shipped according to the customer's preference.  Please note that we are not responsible for any fee's, taxes or handling charges which may be added to International orders when they arrive at the customers international destination. If unsure about any possible taxes/fee's, you should check with your local post office prior to placing an order.

A secure shipping address is the responsibility of the customer. Once delivery to the address provided by the customer has been confirmed by the USPS or other shipping company, lost or stolen items are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

For obvious reasons, there are no exchanges or returns on custom embroidered items, whether garments or accessories for people, or custom embroidered dog items.  All sales of custom embroidered items are final so please be sure to carefully review the mock up(s) we will send to you prior to embroidering your order in case changes need to be made. Be sure to check for spelling errors on unique names or words.

With regard to stock items, the customer is responsible for choosing the proper size of bib, collar or Martingale.  However, if it doesn't fit, please call us.  We will make every effort to make it right.   

 

To request a size exchange, please call us.  We will provide you with the return shipping address.  Then, return the item to us within 30 days of order date along with a note explaining the problem and requesting a different size. Returned items MUST be in new/unused condition. After we receive your return, we will mail the new item to you as quickly as possible.
